The shipping time of our products is generally between 5-7 business days. However it can occur that items are out-of-stock and need be backordered from our supliers. So please note that this shipping time is subject to change. We will inform you if the parcel will not be shipping in time.
We currently only ship to the United States. However, we offer custom worldwide shipments on request. Please send an email to info@thedevicecompany.com for special requests.
Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery without any reason. The money willl be refuned on the same bank account. Please send an email to info@thedevicecompany.com to receive the instructions for returning the products. The cost for returning products is 4$.
We are doing our best to deliver the products if perfect condition at your door. It can occur that some products are damanged during the shipment process. If this happened, please send an email with a picture to info@thedevicecompany.com. We will check with our supplier if we can refund the price immediately or whether the products needs to be returned first.
